Gluten-Free, Dairy-free, Vegan, and Vegetarian are on the menu, but the same kitchen also prepares what you avoid, so cross-contamination is possible. Tell staff what you react to, and ask how your dish is prepared before you order.
An Armenian and Middle Eastern restaurant on West First Avenue in Spokane, grown out of a food truck: shawarma stacked by hand, kebab platters, falafel, dips and herb fries. The owner wrote to us that every sauce, dip and protein is gluten free and that the fryer, grill and rotisserie are kept that way; the wraps are lavash, so the plates and bowls are the gluten free order.
