A vegan cafe on North State Street in Concord, New Hampshire, grown out of a food truck: smash burgers, kofta, subs, the award winning mac and cheese, breakfast scrambles and Sunday brunch. The owner told us plainly that one shared oven means it cannot be fully gluten free, but nearly everything can be made on gluten free bread or tortillas, and the mac and cheese with a little notice.
